What happens when you arrive

1. Tell reception that you have arrived for walk-in urgent care.
2. Complete the clinic's registration and consent information.
3. A clinician assesses the situation and confirms whether Fast Track is suitable.
4. The team explains any clinically appropriate tests, imaging, treatment and fees.
5. You receive guidance about follow-up, referral or transfer when needed.
